Pal Preaches on Perfecting Practices

INDUSEM Leader Professor Ranabir Pal spoke at the Government of India department of Biotechnology National Meeting on Good Clinical Practices. This meeting was co-partnered by THSTI and CDSA.

In his passionate presentation Professor Pal spoke about the “Roles and Responsibilities of Being a Clinical Investigator”. This was a well-attended meeting where experts from all over the country spoke on Clinical Factors effecting Clinical Care. Education and Research were clearly the main focus of this landmark meeting.

Dr. Pal is an Academic Leader par excellence. He is the Research Czar for the INDUSEM Mission. In the past decade Professor Pal has transformed the INDUSEM Agenda on Multi-Center Research and has single handedly lead designing, implementation and publication of many policy studies and clinical investigations.

He has been the recipient of the 2011 INDUSEM Academician and Researcher of the Year Award. He continues to play a defining role in harvesting a conducive and cohesive environment for Academic Innovation in the health care and medical education space.

Professor Pal heads the Department of Community Medicine at the ESIC Medical College in New Delhi.
