At the Recently Concluded ISACON Jaipur INDUSEM Leaders won Awards in Various Categories. Professor Rakesh Garg, Professor Syed Moied Ahmed and Professor Sandeep Sahu made INDUSEM Proud by winning Academic Laurels in various categories.
INDUSEM Leadership is very proud of the achievements of all its leaders who are playing a defining role in the development of Emergency Medicine in India.
About Dr. Rakesh Garg, MD, DNB, MNAMS, PGCCHM, CCEPC.
Dr. Garg is the Faculty at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He has 225 Publications and 15 Book Chapters to his Credit.
He was awarded the ISA President’s Award 2015 for significant contribution towards development of National Module for workshop on Research Methodology and conducting workshops for India Society of Anesthesiologists. He is on the Editorial Board of Multiple International Journals and has taught over 100 Workshops across India. He is one of the Lead Trainers in INDUSEM.
About Dr. SYED MOIED AHMED, PhD, MD, FICCM, FCCP, FICM, FCCP, FIMSA, MNAMS
Dr. Ahmed is a Faculty at Aligarh Muslim University. He is a Master Trainer in Airway Management and the Creator of the INDUSEM Difficult Airway Course.
He received the ISA President’s Appreciation award. This was declared and awarded in the inauguration function of ISACON. The awarded was in recognition of my significant contribution in the field of Airway management.
Dr. Ahmed also won the Inaugural INDUSEM Academician and Researcher Award in 2009.
About Dr. SANDEEP SAHU, MD, PDCC, MNAMS, CCPPM, FICCM , FACEE
Dr. Sahu is the faculty at the Department of Anesthesiology & Emergency Medicine at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences,Rai-Bareilly Road, Lucknow-226014 (UP), India
He was recently awarded the ICMR International Fellowship at the RA Shock Trauma Center, University of Maryland, Baltimore, USA
He received the Dr. YG Bojraj Award for the Best Review Article written in the Indian Journal of Anesthesia.
