Earlier this year INDUSEM and The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) came together to Launch the Joint Training Initiative for Physicians at various NHS Hospitals across UK.
The Training initiatives which were planned encompassed a serials of workshops, symposia and skill schools to be held on regular basis across the United Kingdom.The Initiative was launched with Ultrasound Workshops in June 2016. Keeping the initiative in a Forward Mode Two more workshops were held in UK led by Professor Bhoi in November 2016.

The INDUSEM CEO Dr. Sagar Galwankar spoke at the Annual Gala sharing the dais with Luminaries like Professor Bipin Batra from NBE and Dr. Mehta President of BAPIO. He emphasized the importance of the INDUSEM-BAPIO Partnership in forwarding the Academic Agenda of INDUSEM across the World. Dr. MC Misra Director of AIIMS and Dr. Ravindranath Chairman of Global Hospitals Group were also speakers at the Annual Gala.
The Training Courses were held at Basildon Hospitals and at Western super Mayer, Bristol, UK under the auspices of BAPIO Training Academy and the International Council for Critical Emergency Sonography.
Dr. Sanjeev Bhoi who directed the Ultrasound Courses was joined by Dr. Deepak Agarwal, Dr. Ajit Baviskarand Dr. Tej Prakash from AIIMS.
A Royal Banquet was held in London, UK to celebrate the Partnership of the BAPIO TRAINING ACADEMY which hosted the two Courses in partnership with the International Council of Critical Sonography.

British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) BAPIO is the most influential organization of doctors of Indian Origin in UK.
