PERFECT is the only word which is an overarching summary for EMINDIA23 held in Pune Maharashtra at the DPU Campus.
The 5 Day Academic Extravaganza was held from 23rd to 27th August 2023.
Innovative Format of Workshops into Cyclical model enabled residents to sign up for multiple workshops.
The SKILLS MELA was a landmark accomplishment where a ONE RESUCITATION Model was taught to delegates.
New Course on EM-ECMO was introduced which was a runaway success.
300 + speakers presented at EMINDIA23 and many teams from across the country participated in the UG/ PG Quizzes.
Another Legacy event was the inauguration of the Professor Dr. Praveen Aggarwal National CME focused on Living a Life….
Experts shared lessons on life…. based on their experiences both professional and personal.
“Such a CME was never held in any professional meeting” was the general consensus of delegates as they enjoyed this echoing CME.
The 11th Convocation of the Academic College of Emergency Experts was held during the conference.
The convocation was a star-studded event with fellows admitted to the college by The Honorable Chancellor of DPU Dr. PD Patil.
ASHWAMEGH Fellows were also awarded their certificates during the convocation.
Professor Dr. Jonathan Jones President of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine was the Chief Guest for the event.
The prestigious INDUSEM Awards were bestowed during the convocation on academic luminaries which included Dr. DK Singh Director of AIIMS Bathinda.
The World Health Organization Collaborating Center on Emergency and Trauma in South East Asia held a special meeting with the Directors of Medical Education from various states of India wherein detail discussions were held on rolling out Academic Programs for Emergency Medicine.
